3. Where are you Located?
We are located in suite 3 / 374 Pennant Hills Road Pennant Hills, between Trebor and Fisher Avenues.
4. Does Jane L Noller and Co. do home visits?
Yes, we can. It is not frequent to visit in client’s homes, but it is an option if the client is housebound or finds coming into our offices burdensome. We do use Zoom for a large number of client meetings and prefer this option if it is available to the client.
5. Is your accounting office in Pennant Hills a walk-in office or do I need an appointment?
For detailed tax advice to a client, appointments are generally required. This way we can best serve you and give you the most value for your time.
However, if a prospective client is wanting to meet us in person, walk-ins are always an option.
6. Can you help me transition from my current accountant to Jane L Noller and Co?
Yes, we can. Ethical letters are sent on your behalf to notify the previous accountant of your intention to make the change. We organise this for you.
